Do I have an ATM or a debit card?
Your SunWest debit card can be used to withdraw cash from ATMs, make purchases online or in-store, pay bills, and more. On the other hand, an ATM card can only be used to withdraw cash from ATMs.
What is the Voice Access Line?
The Voice Access Line (VAL) is an automated self-service system members can use to access certain account services such as balance inquiries, account history, funds transfers, and more.

As a local credit union in Arizona, we care about our community. Our mission is to help members grow and thrive financially, and we can’t do that without helping you combat fraud. Unfortunately, advances in technology make it even easier for criminals to obtain your sensitive information, and their methods have become increasingly convincing.
Remember, we will never send you an email asking you to confirm your account number, passwords, or social security number. If you receive an email asking for this information, do not reply and report the message.
If you have already confirmed information in an email, contact us ASAP so we can investigate and help you resolve any potential issues.
